It's been almost ten months since our wedding and my wife is still talking about how she can't wait to eat the frozen piece of our cake on our one year anniversary. Linda made an absolutely beautiful cake that looked so much like a cut birch tree, that people had no idea it even was a cake. That was until we tried it, and found out it was absolutely everything we had hoped for. Even through the haze of relatives and alcohol it was one of the most memorable parts of the reception.
