I am so sick of the same STUPID commercial I stopped doing business there. Great store, idiot advertising annoying many, many customers, sad!
The sales lady was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave us her name, didn't pressure us into buying anything and said if we return to get in touch with her. Then either the manager or owner came out an ruined all of it by pitching his sales tactics. Saying someone else was looking at what we were and it might be gone when we come back, blah, blah, blah. We are a lot less likely to return due to him.

Shady policies. All sales final, no possibility of a refund even if you don't leave the store with the furniture. Can't pay over the phone because they don't want to give you an opportunity to go home and think about the purchase. Shady high pressure tactics.

Your TV commercial SUCKS BIG TIME. It's gives me a headache, especially when it is played back to back. I wouldn't waste my time going near your stores. No refund policy mentioned by other reviews is the kiss of death. Caveat Emptor!
Complaints, and the Better Business Bureau. So wished I would of checked out the website before making my purchase as obviously they have a consistent pattern of horrific Customer Service and not resolving issues. We recently purchased a sectional from them and our floor in our brand new house was ruined by the delivery people and they blamed us. I requested at least a refund for delivery charge or the area rug I had to buy to hide the rip and pucks they caused. I was pretty much told that they took the word of their Delivery Drivers, and Have a Nice Day because we are not going to do anything about ruining your $2000.00 floor. As the commercial says , DON'T MISS IT. Do yourself a favor, miss the turn to go into their sales lot and keep going to the next furniture store. Garage Sales have better Customer Service, so does Chapter 11. Hope this will reach all that are considering buying furniture. Valuable lesson to learn , Ask around . Wow , just look at the reviews it tells it all in a nutshell. 1 star posted. Please take this as a - 10 STAR. Wouldn't purchase an empty
